Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC in Oklahoma is seeking a Quality Assurance leader to oversee QA activities for metal fabrication, including quality systems, inspections, audits, root-cause analysis, and CAPA.

You will collaborate with production and engineering to reduce defects, improve processes, and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards such as ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality/QA experience in metal fabrication, structural steel, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional inspection, weld inspection, blueprints, and weld symbols.
• Experience with AWS welding standards and customer specifications.
• CAPA, quality metrics, and ERP/QMS systems.
• ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
