Amrize is seeking a Quality Manager in Building Envelope - Oklahoma City to lead the quality system, drive continuous improvement, and ensure product quality for Malarkey Roofing Products. You will champion PFMEAs, corrective actions, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science and 5+ years in quality leadership, with ASQ CQE/CMQ/OE preferred. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and safety commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required; field of study in chemistry, engineering, or statistics preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading quality in high-speed, continuous or multi-lane processes.
• ASQ CQE or CMQ/OE certification preferred.
• Experience with code compliance tracking and statistics is a plus.
• Must adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, maintain and improve the quality system per corporate and regulatory standards.
• Lead PFMEAs, control plans, inspection requirements and risk mitigation.
• Investigate nonconformances and drive effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material quality and COA expectations.
• Perform internal audits and coordinate with external compliance bodies.
• Oversee lab and inspection activities, including test methods and calibration.
• Promote safety, health, and environmental policy compliance.
