Job summary

Spray Products is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the quality strategy and systems for our Pennsylvania manufacturing facility and supply chain. You will supervise quality staff, drive CAPA and audits, and ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements while promoting a hands-on, quality-focused culture on the plant floor.

The ideal candidate has a science or engineering degree, 5+ years in manufacturing quality assurance, ISO-9001/GMP experience, CQ Auditor certification, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment in quality assurance management.
• Experience implementing ISO-9001 or GMP quality standards.
• CQ Auditor certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the quality program, standards, and procedures.
• Lead and develop quality staff; plan, assign, and direct work.
• Coordinate audits with customers and third parties; host visits.
• Oversee CAPA system and Management Review of actions.
• Spend substantial time on the plant floor driving a quality culture.
