Job summary

Synthomer is looking for a Quality Manager in Pennsylvania to oversee the Quality Management System and drive quality improvement efforts across the plant. The role requires 5+ years of chemical manufacturing experience and leadership of quality personnel, aimed at achieving total customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with teams on quality process improvements, ensuring compliance with ISO standards while leading investigations into quality issues and enhancing product capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical plant manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 certified quality system.
• Ability to strategise and manage multiple projects.
