Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, resin production, or industrial processing.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing quality teams at the manager level.
• Experience with ion exchange chromatography or ion exchange resin processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the site's ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and develop a team of 3 Quality Engineers (QA).
• Oversee daily quality operations, including laboratory testing and method execution.
