Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee all QA/QC processes in our coating operations, ensuring products meet strict quality and regulatory standards.

You will develop and implement QMS, monitor production for compliance, perform audits, lead root-cause analyses, train staff, and drive continuous improvement while communicating results to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager in coating or related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies.
