Job summary

Siemens Industry is looking for a Quality Manager for the Alliance Fort Worth, TX plant. The role leads the quality team, oversees supplier quality, product testing and training, and ensures delivery of quality objectives across the site.

You will champion ISO 9001/14001/45001, drive 8D corrective actions, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing and Procurement to reduce costs while ascending quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development capability.
• Experience with PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans and Process Maps.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Quality functions from ground up, including Supplier Quality, In-Process Quality, Product Testing, Final Inspection and Training.
• Identify and develop department talent and manage the Quality team structure.
• Implement and sustain ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 standards with regular audits.
• Ensure all product conforms to UL requirements.
• Drive corrective actions using 8D methodology and improve processes with control plans and training.
• Establish quality metrics and report results to the management team.
