Job summary

WNC is seeking a senior quality leader to drive site quality strategy at its Texas, United States location. You will steward quality across product development, manufacturing, and supplier interfaces, aligning with corporate objectives and regulatory standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage audits, CAPA programs, and drive improvements in defects, cost of poor quality, and process capability. Strong English skills and experience with ISO 9001 are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality leadership experience in networking products, automotive electronics, industrial electronics, wireless comms manufacturing, or EMS industries.
• 7+ years of cross-functional team management experience.
• Proven experience leading quality for high-end customers with strong satisfaction results.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and supplier quality management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site quality strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish a culture of quality throughout the organization and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead quality reviews with executive leadership and customers.
• Lead customer quality performance and drive CAPA programs.
• Support audits and business reviews; establish RMA capability.
• Participate in NPI and manufacturing readiness reviews; lead PFMEA and Control Plan planning.
• Drive quality performance through data analytics and risk-based decision making.
• Mentor quality leaders and build a high-performing team.
• Partner with manufacturing and engineering to improve process capability and reliability.
