Job summary

GNS North America, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead quality systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee internal and external quality functions, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen customer and supplier relationships.

The role requires ISO/IATF 16949 experience, SPC and GD&T proficiency, and a practical, analytical leadership style. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with five years of quality experience.
• Experience with ISO, TS 16949, or IATF 16949 quality systems.
• Knowledge of SPC, GD&T, gage calibration, and CMM technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality liaison between the company and its customers.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead quality assurance programs to standards.
• Establish, maintain, and improve quality procedures and controls.
• Lead corrective actions by reviewing concerns and implementing solutions.
• Manage internal quality functions including inspection and gage control.
• Oversee supplier auditing and performance for new and existing suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and document activities.
