Job summary

Central Wire Group of Companies is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to maintain ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949, support new process development, and drive daily quality operations. This role collaborates with Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service to improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or Quality, 3–5 years in quality leadership, and hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and Gage R&R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality; related experience required.
• 3–5 years of quality management experience in an accredited environment.
• Experience with APQP, GD&T, PPAP, FMEA, Gage R&R, SPC and 8D.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949, and act as site QMS representative.
• Drive continuous improvement and support new process development.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales and Customer Service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead quality department planning, budgets, and standard adherence.
