We are representing a globally recognized manufacturer of industrial components actively seeking a Production Manager/Supervisor to lead a production department. This is a developmental leadership seat with a strong six sigma/continuous improvement focus

Position Overview

• Directly leads a production department of approximately 20 team members (no team leads in between)
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce scrap and improve process performance
• Leads (not just participates in) regular team performance reviews, with clear ownership of individual and department accountability
• Owns and reports on department KPIs, tracking and communicating performance trends to plant leadership
• Leads with a servant-leadership style, supporting and developing team members rather than managing top-down
• Partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to drive process and equipment improvements
• Supports day-to-day production supervision while prioritizing CI and process leadership as the core focus of the role

Position Requirements
