Freudenberg seeks a Quality Manager (Leadership Development Opportunity) in Bristol, NH to lead quality initiatives in a manufacturing setting. You will drive process improvements, manage projects, and mentor teams to achieve ISO/IATF compliance and customers' expectations.

The role emphasizes leadership development across site operations, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with engineering, operations, and suppliers. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and room to grow.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Five or more years of progressive quality experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading projects, teams, quality initiatives, or continuous improvement efforts.
• Direct management experience is beneficial but not required.
• Quality Engineers, Senior Quality Engineers, and Quality Supervisors seeking to advance into a broader site leadership role are encouraged to apply.
• Working knowledge of quality systems and tools such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, root cause analysis, or similar methodologies.
