Freudenberg, a global technology group, seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support manufacturing operations in the Bristol, NH area. The role focuses on strategic HR partnership, employee relations, leadership coaching, workforce analytics and stakeholder collaboration with plant and engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience supporting manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strategic HRBP with hands-on employee and business support.
• Experience partnering with plant/engineering/operations leadership.
• Employee relations expertise: investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, leadership coaching, policy interpretation.
• Experience leading strategic HR initiatives, organizational changes, workforce planning, or culture improvements with measurable impact.
• Leadership potential to advance into HR Manager/Senior HR Business Partner/HR Director roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.


• Seven or more years of progressive HR experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, operations, distribution, or similarly fast-paced environments.


• Demonstrated success serving as a strategic HR Business Partner to operational leaders while maintaining a hands‑on approach to employee and business support.


• Experience partnering directly with plant, manufacturing, engineering, operations, or site leadership teams to solve business challenges and improve workforce performance.


• Strong employee relations expertise, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, leadership coaching, and policy interpretation.


• Demonstrated experience leading strategic HR initiatives, organizational changes, workforce planning efforts, or culture and engagement improvements that delivered measurable business impact.


• Leadership potential and desire to advance into future HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, or HR Director roles, with the ability to influence decisions through business acumen, workforce analytics, and strong stakeholder relationships.
