Qualifications

• 5–8 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in a production environment.
• Proven project management experience leading process improvement, capital, automation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Hands-on experience optimizing production processes, equipment, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations as a Process Engineer at Freudenberg Group site in Findlay, OH.
• Drive process improvements using KPI, SPC, DOE, and PFMEA.
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and equipment.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve quality.

• Highly data‑driven with demonstrated experience using KPIs, SPC, DOE, process capability studies, and analytical problem‑solving tools to make decisions.


• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PFMEA, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across multiple departments.
