Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• Minimum of 5 years of technical and management experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working within ISO-certified quality systems
• Strong understanding of GD&T, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience with SPC, process capability studies, statistics, and quality analysis tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• French language proficiency is preferred but not required; candidates with an interest in learning French are encouraged to apply

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Quality Department, including supervision of Quality Technicians
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, AS9100, and customer quality requirements
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits
• Serve as the primary contact for quality-related customer issues and corrective actions
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to support quality, manufacturing, and process improvement initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement using quality metrics, data analysis, and best practices
• Collaborate with customers and international partners on quality and compliance initiatives
