Job summary

Grover Precision, part of the Forecreu Group, seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to join its Oxford, Maine team. The role supports the QMS, drives quality improvements, and collaborates with Engineering and Operations to deliver high-quality products.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing, with ISO/AS9100/ISO 13485 familiarity. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO-certified quality systems (AS9100 and/or ISO 13485 preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis, SPC, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Grover’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead internal audits and support customer and certification audits.
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry quality standards.
• Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to improve processes and product quality.
• Support new product development, inspection methods, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a key contact for customer quality concerns.
