Grover Precision in Oxford, Maine, is seeking a Production Support team member to help keep manufacturing operations running smoothly. This entry-level role requires no prior manufacturing experience, and on-the-job training is provided.

You will work first shift, Monday through Friday, with starts between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and you will be paid $18 to $22 per hour. Grover offers a family-friendly environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions and work orders.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations as directed by supervisors and managers.
• Cut, face, straighten, drill, polish, and bore-blast materials as needed.
• Handle materials and assist with inventory movement throughout the facility.
• Follow work orders, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements.
• Track production time using the company kiosk clocking system.
• Monitor work and report quality concerns or material issues promptly.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and operations teams to keep jobs moving efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
