Job summary

Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Quality Manager to lead QA activities in Lee's Summit, MO. The role requires onsite presence at USCIS NRC/HBG FSF locations, directing audits, SOP development, and government communications.

Candidate must be a US citizen with a minimum BS degree in a relevant field, Six Sigma Black Belt, and at least 3 years in quality control operations. Secret clearance preferred; PMP desirable.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• Active Secret Clearance preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing quality control operations.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Drug test clearance required.
• Background check includes credit, criminal and DMV.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality audits and training activities.
• Develop and oversee SOPs and revisions.
• Coordinate with government representatives and respond to inquiries.
• Oversee QC processes for file preparation, ingestion and metadata verification.
• Identify and implement quality improvements to reduce costs and inefficiencies.
• Report audit findings and corrective actions to management.

Education

B.S. Degree in relevant field (program management, business or public administration, production/operations/manufacturing/quality management, technical management, information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting)
