Job summary

You will optimize the quality management system to meet organizational goals and customer expectations, reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with regulatory agencies and suppliers.

The role requires ten or more years of quality leadership experience, strong knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949, and ASQ CQM certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• Ten+ years of increasing responsibility, including leading Quality leaders across multiple sites.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949.

Responsibilities

• Manages department resources and coordinates quality management system implementation.
• Leads Zero Defects program within the division.
• Ensures compliance to ISO9001 and IATF16949.
