Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant machining shop work experience in a high precision manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a critical thinking mindset.
• Demonstrated experience performing quality audits and generating detailed compliance reports.
• Strong background in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive action deployment.
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of quality personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer service standards across the manufacturing facility
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings to maintain compliance
• Build a strong quality team through proactive coaching, mentoring, specific technical training, and performance evaluations
• Proactively improve corporate quality systems through internal audits and participation in structured process improvement programs
• Interact with key partners and clients to obtain constructive feedback and drive corrective actions
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure all parts are manufactured within strict specified tolerances
• Maintain rigorous adherence to international quality standards and certification requirements
