Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant machining shop work experience in a high precision manufacturing environment.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Experience performing quality audits and generating compliance reports.
• Background in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive action deployment.
• Proven ability to coach and evaluate quality personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer service standards across the facility.
• Identify risks and perform root cause analysis with preventive actions.
• Perform internal and external quality audits and report findings for compliance.
• Build and coach a high-performing quality team with training and evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement through audit findings and process enhancements.
• Interact with partners and clients to obtain feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee quality control processes to meet strict tolerances and ISO standards.
