LeoForce in Menomonee Falls, WI seeks a Quality Manager to lead our precision manufacturing quality program. You will standardize processes, drive root-cause analysis, and build a high-performing QA team to ensure conformity with tight tolerances.

• 5+ years of relevant machining shop work experience in a high precision manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a critical thinking mindset.
• Demonstrated experience performing quality audits and generating detailed compliance reports.
• Strong background in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive action deployment.
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of quality personnel.

• Background with government/military quality program knowledge/experience
• Familiarity with multi process manufacturing environments including precision machining, welding, and mechanical assembly
• Prior experience managing high volume production quality systems
