Our client is a multi‑million dollar machining expert in the Aerospace industry located in the Green Bay, WI area. We are looking for a Quality Manager who blends hands‑on manufacturing expertise with leadership and customer‑facing impact. Relocation is offered to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with manufacturing to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Apply statistical and Lean techniques to improve processes and develop cost‑effective machining workflows.
• Collaborate directly with customers to address tolerance, machining, and print interpretation challenges.
• Design special gauging for new jobs and ensure strong FOD awareness throughout operations.

Compensation

Base pay range: $110,000.00 per year. Total compensation may include annual bonuses and relocation allowance.
