Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality control efforts in a heavy manufacturing environment. You will oversee QA processes from material intake to finished goods, implement QC systems, and drive improvements across production lines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA within manufacturing, a strong background in quality control methods, and experience with welding and fabrication standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role in manufacturing.
• AWS CWI and/or CRI certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of quality control procedures ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Lead the QA team in inspections and tests of raw materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with departments to prevent defects and improve product quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor QA systems for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Review and analyze QA data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure QA activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship to QA team members.
• Manage the QA department budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
