Job summary

Ajin Georgia is seeking a Quality Manager (Salaried) to oversee the Quality Control department at the Statesboro facility. The role focuses on maintaining the ISO/TS 16949 compliant QMS, monitoring process standards, and driving continual improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree with 5+ years of related experience and certification as an ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor. Supervisory responsibilities and cross-functional coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of related experience required.
• ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor certification required.
• 5+ years of process improvement experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CAD.

Responsibilities

• Maintains quality management system in compliance with ISO/TS 16949 requirements and customer specification.
• Monitors standards of the organization or quality process.
• Manages current process improvement and new process development.
• Develops plans for annual internal and external QMS audits.
• Trains internal auditors and department members.
