Job summary

Ajin Georgia seeks a Production Manager to lead the production department in Statesboro, GA. This full-time role targets an intermediate level with a focus on improving productivity and quality across the floor.

You will oversee inventory, attendance, audits, and safety programs while coordinating with engineering and HR as needed. You will establish annual production plans, monitor downtimes, and drive corrective actions to meet output goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering.
• Five (5) or more years of production management experience in automobile manufacturing industry, or an equivalent combination of education and manufacturing experience.
• Robot/press operation and process knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of workforce.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensures inventory of semi-finished and complete parts.
• Analyze assembly and press team downtimes and proceed improvement plans.
• Modify and adjust process and operation flow on the production work area to increase productivity and quality levels.
• Manage department attendance and any attendance related issues.
• Establish annual production plans.
• Manage any audit preparation process.
• Ensure associates follow all safety requirements and programs.
