ISCO Industries in Corsicana, Texas is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee all quality activities, personnel, and processes at the Corsicana facility. You will ensure compliance with ISCO’s QMS, customer specs, and industry standards while driving continuous improvement and maintaining certifications.

You will work with facility leadership and the broader Quality team to resolve issues, maintain records, and promote a culture of quality across operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Experience supervising a team or leading a shift.
• Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Ability to understand and operate product testing equipment.
• Ability to interpret and develop technical standards.
• Technical writing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee Quality operations and supervise Quality personnel at the Corsicana facility.
• Maintain knowledge of ISCO Quality requirements and customer specifications.
• Develop and maintain QMS processes and documentation for inspections and calibration.
• Ensure products meet customer specs and PO requirements through inspection and testing.
• Coordinate investigation and resolution of NCRs, CARs, complaints, PRAs, and RGAs.
• Conduct audits to maintain ISO 9001, FM, and other certifications.
• Maintain organized records of inspections, audits, certifications, and training.
• Develop training materials for Corsicana fabrication processes and provide training.
• Identify improvement opportunities with facility leadership to maintain Quality performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
