SMC is seeking a Quality Control - Manager Quality Assurance to uphold and enhance our quality and environmental policies. The role focuses on maintaining ISO registrations, leading audits, improving supplier quality, and driving continuous quality improvements within a manufacturing setting.

The manager will work with factory leadership to identify quality opportunities, oversee ERP-related quality modules, and guide QA engineers and technicians. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Technology or Operations Management (advanced degree or training a plus).
• Three to five years in Quality, Production, Distribution, or Manufacturing supervision.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Proficient with personal computer applications (spreadsheets, databases, word processing, email) and ERP systems (Syteline).
• Experience in a team-based environment and ability to motivate others.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain the quality system supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 registrations.
• Lead audits as QMS representative during third-party and customer audits.
• Coordinate supplier quality improvement via receiving inspections and external audits.
