Job summary

The Quality Manager at Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) will oversee quality processes, ensure ISO quality systems and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives are implemented, and act as the site liaison for external accreditation bodies. You will lead product compliance, CAPA, and supplier quality while driving continuous improvement across raw materials, color matching, and finished products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to quality or manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years building quality programs (Lean, ISO, Six Sigma) experience.
• Color matching experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality functions and ISO quality systems in the plant.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and policy deployment.
• Develop quality standards, tests, and inspection plans.
• Manage lab functions, safety, and training programs.
• Handle product compliance and third-party accreditation activities.
• Manage CAPA programs and vendor quality issues.
• Lead customer complaint investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Interface with customers, product management and sales teams.
