Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a quality supervisor for our Rhode Island plant. You will oversee all quality functions, perform tests, and drive ISO quality systems to meet customer and product standards.

Requirements include 3+ years in quality control with 2+ years supervising, plus familiarity with lean, ISO, and Six Sigma programs. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to succeed on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in quality control within manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of lean, ISO, and Six Sigma quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality related functions in the plant.
• Develop specifications for processing, products, and materials.
• Perform quality tests on raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Audit product and process to ensure standard work.
• Lead ISO quality systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain testing equipment and organize related reports.
