Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to lead quality operations in a manufacturing environment. You will manage quality control processes, production audits, non-conformance investigations, and ISO compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, a track record of improving efficiency, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma in fast-paced production settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a quality department or shift, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve KPIs related to quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance and support audits.
• Oversee cost-effective, ISO-compliant manufacturing of products and subassemblies.
• Prioritize production schedules based on introductions, capacity, and material availability.
• Develop and implement procedures, staffing plans, and schedules to support business objectives.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and operations to ensure product quality and process improvements.
• Develop supervisors and team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and company policies.
