Job summary

Eaton’s Avery Creek, NC facility is seeking a Quality Manager onsite to drive plant-wide quality performance and continuous improvement. The role leads the QMS, RCCA and customer/supplier quality interfaces to ensure sustainable excellence. Salary range $113,000–$165,000 per year.

Responsibilities include directing quality personnel, deploying EBS quality tools, and leading strategic quality initiatives aligned with the plant’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One (1) year of leadership experience, such as project management or process improvement/implementation.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Direct quality personnel and prioritize quality functions of the plant.
• Manage the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of a quality management system to comply with the published plant QA manual.
• Develop and implement strategic projects to continually improve overall quality of product, information and service.
• Interface with customers to enhance their perception and understanding of the plant quality systems.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement training programs related to the Quality Management System.
