Job summary

Prince Industries LLC is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead our site Quality Team. You will ensure the quality management system aligns with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 while supporting manufacturing operations and customers.

You will oversee document control, audits, and continuous improvement, with a focus on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration to protect customer interests.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
• 5-10 years’ experience in a quality function/role.
• 3+ years’ experience managing a quality organization.
• Experience with AS9100, NADCAP quality systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically precision metal machining.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site quality team and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100.
• Manage document control, audits, and continuous improvement programs.
• Serve as primary contact with customers' auditors and ensure corrective actions.
• Provide regular quality performance reports and drive data-based decisions and priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, design, and production to improve quality.
