Job summary

Prince Industries Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site Quality Team and ensure conformance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100. You will manage quality policies, audits, and continuous improvement, while supporting production, customers, and the General Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating with auditors, driving corrective actions, and reporting on quality performance and trends. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Solid Knowledge of GD&T.
Gauge calibration experience.
CMM programming/operating experience.
Working knowledge of machine shop metrology.
Must be excellent at reading drawings/blueprints.
Experience in all required quality engineering phases.
Must have experience leading teams in PPAP, APQP and FMEA.
ASQ Certification a plus, i.e. SQE, SQA, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead site quality team and ensure ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 compliance.
Manage quality policies, procedures, processes, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with customers' auditors and corrective actions.
Provide regular reports on quality performance, trends, risks, corrective actions, and improvement priorities.
