Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing with 5+ years in a management capacity or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of GMP and modern quality systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS 9100, or TS 16949 certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Directs all manufacturing/engineering operations to meet production plans and optimal utilization of resources.
• Supervises departments including CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Long Line, Secondary, Deburr, and ID/Assembly, and Engineering/Programming.
• Leads Lean/Six Sigma process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensures compliance with Quality System requirements and safe working conditions.
• Mentors leaders on reporting, performance reviews, and on-time delivery.
