Job summary

Prince Industries LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead plant operations, drive efficiency, and ensure product quality. You will oversee engineering and production, manage budgets, and direct continuous improvement projects to meet cost and delivery goals.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and a solid background in GMP/quality systems within a manufacturing setting. Expect collaboration with multiple departments and a focus on safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing with 5+ years in management.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality systems (ISO 9001/13485, AS 9100) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs manufacturing/engineering operations across the facility and coordinates with scheduling, engineering, and quality to optimize production.
• Oversees CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Long Line, Secondary, Deburr, ID/Assembly, and Engineering/Programming.
• Drives Lean/Six Sigma process improvements for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Leads development of methods and processes for production of customer products.
• Mentors department leaders on performance, delivery, and scheduling.
• Participates in strategic initiatives to sustain profitability and market share.
