• Maintains compliance with QMS based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other applicable standards.
• Supports management review meetings and reports on QMS effectiveness.
• Coordinates internal audit programs, reporting findings and corrective action follow-up.
• Liaises with external auditors and certification bodies.
• Trains employees on QMS procedures and promotes understanding of the QMS.
• Acts as liaison with the customer on contract quality issues for all goods and services produced.
