Job summary

Precision Turbo and Engine (PTE), a Wabtec Company, seeks a Quality leader to develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.

You will lead the Quality team, drive audits, document control, supplier quality, CAPAs, calibration programs, and training, while partnering with operations, engineering, and purchasing to elevate product quality and process performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field and 5–7 years in QA/QC in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years managing ISO systems.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and EHS programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Quality team and drive quality excellence sitewide.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) per standards and audits.
• Lead internal and external ISO audits and certification activities.
