Job summary

ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager for our Middletown, OH facility. This role leads the QA function, owns the QMS, and partners with Operations, Engineering, and Sales to ensure products meet customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.

You'll build systems, coach a team of QA professionals, and embed quality into everyday operations, aiming for excellence across processes, documentation, and metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering/Management in manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading a team of 5+ employees.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Strong root-cause and corrective-action experience.
• Experience integrating QA into manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s ISO 9001:2015 QMS and drive improvements.
• Analyze data and drive corrective actions for nonconformities.
• Develop inspection, testing, and documentation processes.
• Lead the Quality Team with coaching and development.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Sales to improve quality and cost.
