Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a senior leader to drive continuous improvement and quality across multiple sites in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead CI strategy, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to ISO 9001, GMP, and GFSI standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, development of QA plans, and strong collaboration with operations for sustained performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in a related discipline.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certificates required.
• 10+ years of business experience with hands-on lean and quality management systems.
• Experience managing manufacturing operations is a plus.
• Multiple site experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship for continuous improvement across the division.
• Develop and deploy CI fundamentals and problem-solving capabilities.
• Identify and apply best practices, standards, and metrics.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
• Train and mentor staff on CI principles and systems thinking.
• Support strategy development and CI plan maintenance.
• Oversee external audits and customer quality interactions.
• Ensure ISO 9001, GMP, and GFSI compliance across sites.
