Job summary

ProAmpac in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Quality Technician to perform in‑process inspection and testing, ensure QA equipment is calibrated, and document sampling and quarantining of non‑conforming material. You will follow safety rules, wear PPE, and contribute to a safe, efficient lab environment.

Responsibilities include film inspection for consumer packaging and retain products, preparing COA data sheets, assisting the QA manager with work instructions and lab methods, organizing extrusion

Qualifications

• Associates degree in mathematics preferred.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing, or equivalent.
• Quality experience with testing equipment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• In-process inspection and testing quality verification.
• Ensure QA test equipment is calibrated and functioning.
• Documentation, sampling and quarantining non-conforming material.
• Prepare COA data sheet for QA manager.
• Assist QA manager in generating work instructions and lab test methods.
• Organize extrusion process checklist and retain samples.
• Overtime as needed.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Maintain lab equipment and calibration per ISO.
