Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive quality experience in manufacturing.
• Experience owning or administering ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• Experience leading internal audits and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the Quality Management System for Salem, NH site.
• Drive continuous improvement and defect reduction.
• Lead quality metrics reporting to inform leadership.
• Support new product design and launches with quality input.
• Lead risk management activities (FMEA, 5 Why, 8D).
