Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality control department in Fairless Hills, PA onsite. The role oversees the QC staff and develops, implements, and maintains a system of quality and reliability testing for products and development processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, and familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9000 quality management systems, plus strong communication and

3–5 years of experience in a related field with supervisory experience a plus.
Experience with quality management systems (AS9100 or ISO 9000) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversees the activity of the quality control department and staff.
Develops, implements, and maintains a system of quality and reliability testing for products and development processes.
Hires and trains quality control staff and manages department schedules.
Ensures compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinates product testing and analyzes results to identify improvements.
