Akkodis is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a Full-Time position with our client located in Philadelphia, PA. An established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead quality operations, strengthen quality systems, and ensure products meet required specifications for performance, function, and reliability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and partnering across manufacturing, engineering, and product development.

Salary Range: $120,000/Salary to $130,000/Salary. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support the Quality Control team while overseeing daily workflow and schedules.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100 or ISO 9000 standards.
• Manage incoming, in-process, and final product inspection and testing activities.
• Maintain quality records and oversee the calibration of production, maintenance, and laboratory equipment.
• Establish and communicate quality standards and product acceptance parameters.
• Analyze defects, recurring quality issues, and product variations, then recommend and facilitate corrective solutions.
• Partner with quality, product development, manufacturing, and other internal teams.
• Review customer and user feedback and maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and company policies.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a field related to the products being developed.
• Three to five years of related quality experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9000, quality inspections, testing, calibration, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
