Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of quality experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9000, quality inspections, testing, calibration, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support the Quality Control team while overseeing daily workflow and schedules.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System compliant with AS9100 or ISO 9000.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspection and testing activities.
• Maintain quality records and calibration programs for production, maintenance, and laboratory equipment.
• Establish and communicate quality standards and product acceptance parameters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Review customer feedback and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
