Anduril Industries seeks a Manager of Product Quality Engineering for Bolt to lead a team ensuring production quality and reliability across the product lifecycle. You will partner with production, engineering, and supply chain to drive quality from design through manufacturing and field support.

The role requires a strong background in quality systems, NPI, failure analysis, and processes, delivering high-quality, scalable hardware solutions for defense programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years in technical/engineering roles related to product quality or quality engineering.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional coordination for NPI and production.
• Knowledge of design reviews and quality management for PCBA, mechanicals, and systems integration.
• Experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements (MSA, GR&R, SPC, GD&T).
• Experience with manufacturing execution, configuration management, and document control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team to ensure product quality from design to production.
• Drive RCCA, CAPA, NCRs, MRB, and CAB processes across programs.
• Partner with production, program management, deployments, and sourcing to meet quality goals.
• Develop metrics and drive continuous improvement for supplier quality and production readiness.
• Oversee quality control processes, inspection methods, and tooling.
