Anduril Industries is hiring a Manager of Product Quality Engineering to lead a team responsible for delivering high quality Bolt systems. You will partner with heads of production, manufacturing engineering, program management, deployments, and sourcing to ensure quality across the lifecycle from prototype to full-rate production.

The role requires deep knowledge of manufacturing, product development, metrology, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and to sustain field reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years leading orgs with NPI and production quality issues.
• Total 10+ years in technical/engineering roles related to product quality.
• Experience with PCBA, harnessing, mechanical structures, systems integration, power/battery, radar, vision systems, networking, REM.
• Experience driving product quality through testing and manufacturing variance.
• FMEA, APQP, MSA, GR&R, SPC, and GD&T knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead product quality engineering team to define and execute processes for high quality, reliable Bolt products.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Test, and Supply Chain to ensure PDP gate readiness (CDR/BRR/MRR/PRR).
• Own RCCA, NCRs, CAPA, MRB processes and improve actions across teams.
• Manage supplier quality programs and qualification of supplier parts.
• Set quality control framework from requirements to inspection tooling with design partners.
• Drive production readiness through design reviews, process development, and verification/validation.
