Key Responsibilities
  • Own and operate the QMS across all automation programs: inspection, supplier quality, audits, CAPA

  • Partner with engineering to approve quality documentation and pre-shipment inspection reports
  • Drive continuous improvement via SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma across active programs
  • Support FAI events and customer acceptance testing (CAT) at OEM and Tier 1 facilities
  • Train team members and supplier personnel on quality standards and inspection methodologies
  • Represent quality in customer-facing reviews, milestone gate checks, and program discussions
Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, supply chain, and supplier teams
  • Data-driven: SPC, KPI dashboards, quality analytics driving all decisions
  • Strong 8D, A3, and statistical root cause analysis skills
  • Executive presentation: presents quality performance clearly to customers and leadership
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment
  • Entrepreneurial: builds quality systems from ground up in a growing operation
  • Digital quality: traceability, real-time SPC, MES-integrated inspection
