Job summary

The role includes supervising Quality Engineers and Technicians, managing the Quality Reporting system, and serving as the Management Representative for Quality/BOS with oversight of BOS and IATF 16949 audits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a quality department in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques used in production processes.
• Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct the Quality Department to assure customer quality expectations are met.
• Collaborate with Engineering on advance quality planning for new programs.
