Job summary

The Lane Construction Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager in Hampton, VA to oversee quality control across a large civil infrastructure project. You will interpret contracts and standards, develop QA/QC programs, and ensure client requirements and company expectations are met.

You will evaluate work plans, coach field personnel, and prepare written inspection and management reports, contributing to a robust quality culture on site.
